Cost-Efficient Open Source Laser Engine for Microscopy
In a paper published in Biomedical Optics Express, entitled “Cost-efficient open source laser engine for microscopy”, the authors explain how they developed a cost-efficient, open source laser engine for fluorescence microscopy. Their experimental setup included a powerful diode-pumped solid-state laser (DPSS) gem 561 laser (561 nm, 500 mW) from Laser Quantum.
