DOE Used in Multi-Target, Two-Photon, Dual-Comb LiDAR
Holo/Or beam splitter diffractive optical elements (DOEs) are versatile components for use in parallel scribing through fractional laser treatments. These components can generate arrays of beams with any required separation.
In a recent article by Scottish LIDAR researchers, entitled “Multi-target two-photon dual-comb LiDAR,” Holo/Or’s TS 1X3 beam splitter was used to generate innovative LIDAR illumination.
This DOE (Holo-Or TS-031-G-Y-A) splits the remaining power in the probe beam into three nominally equal components, distributed between the zeroth and ±1st order diffracted beams.
