End‑of‑Life Notification for ventus Product Line
Novanta (parent of Laser Quantum) will begin the end‑of‑life (EOL) process for the ventus product line. This decision is part of an ongoing commitment to deliver the highest‑quality solutions and to streamline Novant’s product portfolio in support of new and improved technologies.
Final orders must be placed by 30th September 2026, and Novanta will continue to service and support the ventus product line for 30 months after its retirement date, until September 2029. The key critical dates for the retirement process of ventus are listed below.

- EOL Announcement Date: End of Q1 2026 – 31/03/2026
- Last Order Buy (LTB): End of Q3 2026 – 30/09/2026
- Official End of production: End of Q1 2027 – 31/03/2027
- Last Ship Date: End of Q1 2027 – 31/03/2027
- End of Software/Firmware Updates: End of Q3 2026 – 30/09/2026
- End of Technical Support/Service: End of Q3 2029 – 30/09/2029
