EOT Introduces 40 W Fiber-to-Fiber Broadband Isolators
The 40 W Fiber-to-Fiber broadband isolators from Electro-Optics Technology (EOT) are compact, light weight, and employ EOT’s proprietary Fiber Fuse End Cap Technology, thus assuring high reliability and resistance to damage. These devices also have a wide spectral range, providing good isolation over the complete Yb+3 gain bandwidth. These components consume less space in a laser system, because the input and output are on the same end. Therefore, they can be easily placed in corners or other locations within a laser system, where isolators having fiber on opposite sides would not be practical. These devices are able to separate amplifier stages in Master Oscillator Power Amplifier (MOPA) fiber lasers. Additionally, they are designed for both CW and pulsed fiber lasers. Also, these isolators are available with ASE filters.
Features:
- Broadband isolation
