Heliotis Releases Firmware Updates 1.11 / 1.12 for Gen4 Platform
Heliotis released firmware updates 1.11 / 1.12 for the their Gen4 platform.
These firmware updates are much more than bug fixes. The latest releases introduce significant improvements for both heliInspect white-light interferometers and heliCam lock-in cameras.
Highlights include:
- Improved measurement repeatability through encoder-based acquisition and a new surface reconstruction method
- Up to 3× larger vertical measurement range through optimized on-camera memory management
- Browser-based setup and diagnostics with heliViewer 4
- Extended software integration, now including Cognex VisionPro
- New heliCam features such as on-camera I/Q accumulation, enhanced triggering and a low-level intensity mode
