IDQ’s PNR-LinQ system Helps to Unlock Scalable, High-Fidelity PNR Detection
ID Quantique‘s (IDQ) is participating in a collaboration to introduce IDQ’s PNR-LinQ system to unlock scalable, high-fidelity Photon-Number Resolving (PNR) detection.
The benefits of this work are to:
- Easily and efficiently discriminate between 1 vs. >1 photons, or up to 8 photon signals
- Use only 2 time-tagger channels to identify up to 8 photons
- Fully integrate Swabian Instruments’s Time Tagger X and IDQ’s ID1000 Time Controller series
The goals of this collaboration:
- True Photon-Number Resolving (PNR)
- High fidelity
- Scalable simplicity.
