New Hg-Light Wavelength Calibration Source
CNI Optoelectronics Tech (CNI) launched an easy-to-operate Hg-light wavelength calibration light source for wavelength and spectral line calibration of spectroscopic equipment. The spectral range is from 253 to 1700 nm in the UV-visible band. The easily identifiable mercury and argon transmission spectral lines are printed on the housing for fast and reliable wavelength calibration.
The wavelength of a fiber optic spectrometer will shift slightly over time and due to changes in the environment. If wavelength accuracy is important to your application, consider choosing a Hg-light wavelength calibration light source to periodically adjust the wavelength of the spectrometer.
