OEM Unveils New 1 MHz, 50 W RF Generator Board
OEM Tech introduces a RFGM-1.00-50 board, a digitally controlled RF generator from their RFGM generator module line. This board produces high voltage in the radio-frequency range (1 MHz, 50 W), designed for use in aesthetic equipment.
The output power is user adjustable, accurate, and actively stabilized in a wide range of load impedances.
The module measures, calculates, and returns to the customer all essential load characteristics (output power, reflected power, load impedance, etc.).
This RF generator board has 5x switchable outputs; however, only one output can be active at a time.
It’s presumed that the load impedance is 50-1000 ohm (nominal) and mostly active (typical for a human body), and the output circuits do not contain any parts with significant capacitance or inductivity.
RF outputs on the board are separated from secondary circuits as per IEC 60601-2-2, although not from each other. SELV (interface) circuits are galvanically isolated from high voltage circuits as per IEC 60601-1.

- High efficiency – less heat dissipation, no active cooling is needed
