Studying Next-Generation Perovskite-CIGSe Tandem Solar Cells
An imaging system from greateyes was used to study next-generation perovskite-CIGSe tandem solar cells.
By capturing photoluminescence (PL) and electroluminescence (EL) images, this system enabled the researchers to visualize defects, track layer performance, and understand degradation processes over an entire year of outdoor testing. This work is helping push the boundaries of high-efficiency, flexible, and durable solar technologies.
greateyes is proud to support advanced research that brings us closer to a more sustainable energy future!
The published article for this research is entitled, “Perovskite-CIGSe Tandem Solar Cell: Over One Year of Outdoor Monitoring.”
About greateyes Cameras
greateyes offers a series of high-performance, cooled, full-frame, CCD scientific cameras for imaging and spectroscopy in the range of X-ray to near-infrared (NIR). The cameras combine scientific, highly sensitive CCD sensors and ultra-low noise electronics for optimal detection of weak signals and measurements with high dynamic range. They can be used as detectors for a broad range of applications common in the industrial and scientific community, including:
- Spectroscopy
- Imaging
