Superlum Introduces Fiber-Coupled SOA Modules
Superlum Diodes introduces a new family of products, fiber-coupled Semiconductor Optical Gain and Amplifier modules:
- Broadband gain modules based on double path SLD gain chips (similar to AR/HR coated laser diode gain chips):
- Traveling wave amplifier modules:
- SOA-332. TWA at 785 nm with a gain bandwidth of up to 50 nm and a fiber-to-fiber gain of up to 25 dB
- SOA-382-800. TWA at 800 nm with a gain bandwidth of up to 20 nm and a fiber-to-fiber gain of more than 30 dB
- SOA-352-830. TWA at 830 nm with a gain bandwidth of up to 55 nm and a fiber-to-fiber gain of more than 20 dB
- SOA-382-840. TWA at 840 nm with a gain bandwidth of up to 25 nm and a fiber-to-fiber gain of more than 30 dB
- SOA-372. TWA at 850 nm with a gain bandwidth of up to 40 nm and a fiber-to-fiber gain of more than 20 dB
- SOA-352-870. TWA at 870 nm with a gain bandwidth of up to 60 nm and a fiber-to-fiber gain of more than 25 dB
- SOA-382-870. TWA at 870 nm with a gain bandwidth of up to 20 nm and a fiber-to-fiber gain of more than 25 dB
- SOA-472. TWA at 930 nm with a gain bandwidth of up to 65 nm and a fiber-to-fiber gain of more than 25 dB
- SOA-482. TWA at 970 nm with a gain bandwidth of up to 40 nm and a fiber-to-fiber gain of more than 25 dB
- SOA-522. TWA at 1010 nm with a gain bandwidth of up to 95 nm and a fiber-to-fiber gain of more than 20 dB
- SOA-532. TWA at 1060 nm with a gain bandwidth of up to 35 nm and a fiber-to-fiber gain of up to 30 dB
- SOA-542. TWA at 1060 nm with a gain bandwidth of up to 75 nm and a fiber-to-fiber gain of up to 25 dB
