Superlum Introduces SLDs at 970 and 1050 nm
Superlum is excited to announce the launch of two new ultra-high-power SLDs at 970 nm: S970.25.40 and S980.12.50 . The first model delivers an impressive 35-mW output with a 25-nm-wide, bell-shaped spectrum. The second model takes performance to the next level with up to 50-mW output and a 3-dB spectrum width of 12 nm, boasting the highest overall efficiency among 970-nm SLDs on the market today.
The company is also proud to expand their line of 1050 nm SLDs with a new offering: S1050.80.25. This device features an 80-nm-wide spectrum and a 25-mW output from SM or PM fiber, providing customers with unparalleled choices to perfectly suit their system requirements.
About Superlum Diodes
For decades, Superlum Diodes has been manufacturing high quality superluminescent diodes (SLDs).
Their main products are free space SLD modules and SM and PM fiber pigtailed SLD modules based on a single transverse mode SLD emitters, as well as multimode fiber pigtailed SLD modules in different spectral bands from 650 nm to 1620 nm, including extremely powerful (up to 100 mW) and broadband (up to 100 nm FWHM) models.
Custom performance characteristics and different package types are available upon request. For customers’ convenience, modules can be delivered with an appropriate current and temperature controller.
